Maryland Coach Ralph Friedgen Loses 86 Pounds with Medifast

Maryland football coach Ralph Friedgen once weighed over 400 pounds. Since last October he has lost 86 pounds with Medifast. Another article, in The Washington Times, provides some background into Friedgen's struggles with weight loss. It seems that Ralph has even recommended Medifast to Philadelphia Eagles head coach Andy Reid.
