Medifast Week 1-I Lost 19 Pounds!

For the month of January 2009 I had good days and bad days, but I didn't eat healthy enough to lose any significant weight. I decided to get back to the Medifast 5 and 1 plan. I need the structure that the plan offers. I kept a diary of everything I ate this past week. Click here to read it. It has been one week since I began the Medifast 5 and 1 plan.

Last Monday February 9th, 2009 I weighed 388 pounds. I was wearing size 56 jeans.

Today, Monday February 16th, 2009 I weigh 369 pounds! I lost 19 pounds in a week! I also lost 4.9% of my body weight!

I feel great. I have plenty of energy, and I plan to once and for all lose the weight.
