Watch The Biggest Loser Tonight

Week 2 of The Biggest Loser airs tonight at 8 p.m. Eastern on NBC. I recommend watching it to anyone who is trying to lose weight or is thinking about losing weight. It's inspirational to see people who have struggled with major weight issues have such great success.

As I mentioned in an earlier post, during the first week all the contestants on the show lost weight ranging from 9-28 pounds. I respect how hard everyone on the show has to work and all the exercise they put in. It's not easy to start an exercise program, but once you get going exercise gets easier and easier.

On a personal note, I went jogging last night for the third day in a row. I went for a jog last Wednesday, and then again on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday (yesterday). I'm not kidding when I say that it already feels easier to run and easier to go further distances than it did just last week. It's like my body remembers that I used to be a pretty good runner, and it's starting to wake up.
