Today is day 6 for me on the Medifast diet plan. I just finished a Medifast breakfast consisting of Apple Cinnamon oatmeal. It was pretty good. The funny thing is I wasn't all that hungry. I have noticed that since day 2 or 3 I haven't ever really been hungry. On this plan, you're eating a Medifast meal every 2 or 3 hours. Mixed in with that is what's called a "Lean and Green" meal which consists of a lean protein and vegetables.

The other thing I've noticed is I am sleeping less and feeling better. I went to bed well after midnight last night and was up around 8:45 this morning-before my alarm clock went off. Once again, this is only day 6, but the early results say I am ecstatic that I chose Medifast!
