When I started this blog, I decided that I would be honest about my weight loss efforts, struggles, and successes. It isn't going to be some story where on July 1st I weighed in at 250 pounds and July 8th I weighed in at 240 pounds or whatever. It is going to be my day to day thoughts on weight loss.
Tonight, I'm on the Miller Lite diet. I usually go on it on Friday nights. It consists of all the Miller Lite you can drink, listening to music, and forgetting about the past work week.
