Design-a-Menu - lose weight with Medifast!
I'm happy to say that my new way of eating (click here to read about it) has resulted in a 7 pound weight loss this past week! I have lost 13 pounds in the past 3 weeks. I am now at 352 pounds- a weight that I haven't seen since the summer of 2007. Next stop 300 pounds. The concept of the "free" dinners on Friday and Saturday has been working well. It has been pretty easy to get back to the plan on Sunday. The biggest challenge for me so far, is avoiding Wednesday night wings at Hooter's. I probably would have lost more weight these past few weeks if I had stayed out of Hooter's, but the important thing to remember is my weight is going down.
